3-2 Approval of invoice from Atlantic Trust in the amount of $8,827.00 for Investment Advisory Fees for the (partial) quarter ended December 31, 2009.

3-3 Approval of transfer of the City of Albany’s 2009-10 pension contribution in the amount of $300,000 from the Pension Fund bank account to the Pension Fund Investment account held by the Trustee. (Said funds were deposited in the Pension Fund bank account on February 26, 2010.)

3-4 Approval of invoice from Copy Express in the amount of $47.55 for copies of Dodge & Cox Investment Review for the year ended 12/31/09.
