6-2 Chokers on Santa Fe Avenue-Request by resident to remove the chokers adjacent to his property at 1039 Santa Fe Avenue house—Response from consultant attached 

6-3 Climate Action Plan-Discussion of City Council Study Session on January 04, 2010 and follow up on Metropolitan Transportation Commission’s Complete Streets policy—CAP table and Routine Accommodations Checklist, attached

6-4 Permit parking concept for Jackson, Adams, and Kains Streets—Albany policy, Berkeley policy attached

6-5 Suggested Traffic and Safety Commission Priorities for 2010

6-6 Interim paving plan for Masonic Avenue—materials to be distributed at meeting 

6-7 New Toll Bridge Revenue—Recommend City Council adopt a resolution supporting Shore-to-Shore bicycle/pedestrian facilities on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. Draft resolution attached.

Note: Commission should address how each action above might affect pedestrian and bicycle safety and travel.

7. REPORTS

7-1 Caltrans Community Planning Grant opportunity to develop a Completes Street program for Buchanan Street, San Pablo Avenue or Solano Avenue.

8. ANNOUNCEMENTS/COMMUNICATIONS

8-1 Request for Proposals for the Pedestrian Master Plan and the Update to the Bicycle Master Plan released to prospective consultants.

9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS (Commission announcements or requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items).

• Oversized Vehicles Ordinance (February, 2010)

• Review Billboard Ordinance (February 2010)

• Limited time parking at the southwest side of Solano Avenue adjacent to Subway (February, 2010)

• AC Transit bus stop relocation at Solano and San Pablo Avenues (April)
