By approval of the Consent Calendar, the staff recommendations will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission/Committee. There will be no separate discussion on these items unless a Commission/Committee/Board Member or a member of the audience requests removal of the items from the Consent Calendar.)

3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of October 2009 in the amount of $116,251.36.

Staff recommendation: Approve

3-2 Approval of invoice from Buck Consultants in the amount of $3,300.00 as progress payment for June 30, 2009 actuarial analysis.

Staff recommendation: Approve

4. PUBLIC COMMENT
