COVID-19 UPDATE – PUBLIC MEETING GUIDELINES
Alameda County Health Department, Division of Communicable Disease Control & Prevention, has advised to help slow the spread of COVID-19 that non-necessary meetings be cancelled, and/or if a meeting does take place, enable people to keep social distance (more than an arm’s length of one another).
Please note that total attendance in the Council Chambers may be limited. As a precaution to protect our community, we strongly encourage members of the public to submit comments in writing on agenda topics, and adhere to the following in accordance with the California Department of Health’s Guidance on Mass Gatherings when deciding whether to attend this meeting. All comments received by 7:00 PM on Monday, March 16, 2020 will be provided to the City Council and read or summarized as part of the meeting. Comments can be submitted by email to citycouncil@albanyca.org or by mail to City of Albany – Meeting Comments, 1000 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, CA 94706.
