For persons desiring to address the Commission on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker
is limited up to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Commission ability to take and/or discuss items that are
not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
All persons wishing to speak on an item on the agenda are to fill out speaker cards and provide to the staff liaison.
Comments related to items appearing on the agenda are taken up at the time the Commission deliberates each
action item. The Chair will announce when the period for public comment is open on each agenda item.
