Sin Nian Kwai Lo (Happy New Year)! Gung Hay Fat Choy (Congratulations & Good Fortune)! For more than 16 years the Albany Recreation Department has celebrated Chinese New Year at the Community Center. Students from Cornell and Ocean View elementary schools and Sun Wei Chinese After School will present cultural Chinese song-and-dance as well as the 12-Zodiac story.
