5-1 Waterfront Visioning Process - presentation by Fern Tiger and Associates (FTA status report is available on Albany’s website www.albanyca.org)
5-2 Measure F Funding for transportation management projects - staff will distribute a recommendation by 10/22/08 (information from 9/25/08 attached)
5-3 Proposal to install bulb-outs at southwest and northwest corners of Buchanan at Jackson –(adjoining property owners/resident have been notified)
5-4 Buchanan Bicycle Path alternative – consider resolution drafted by the Albany Strollers and Rollers and letter from the Sierra Club (attached)
5-5 Proposal to reduce speed limit on Cleveland Avenue and Eastshore Frontage Rd. from 35 mph to 25 mph - review attached resolution and language amending City Ord. #62-06, §2; 1958 Code §20.2-8; Ord. #86-06, §1, Section 9-1.4 b and c,
5-6 Proposal from Preston Jordan to include Ex-Officio Member on the Traffic and Safety Commission (would require amendment to the Albany Municipal Code).
5-7 Final approval of Traffic Calming Warrant Criteria and Process (attached)
