5-1 Review status of Measure F funding with the goal of providing a recommendation to City Council regarding expenditures of remaining Measure F funds—Please bring Traffic Management Plan to meeting

5-2 Buchanan Bicycle/Pedestrian Path—Report in response to Commission request for information regarding alternative route via USDA property and Cleveland Avenue

5-3 Preliminary discussion regarding the concept to install bulb-outs on Buchanan at Jackson—(Map of the walking audit attached)

5-4 Review proposal to reduce speed limit on Cleveland from 35 mph to 25 mph.(If approved, direct staff to return with a draft amendment to the Albany Municipal Code for City Council consideration)"
