4. ADJOURNMENT

Per Council direction on January 8, 2018, a temporary Rent Review Program Draft Ordinance Task Force comprised of two representatives each from the Social and Economic Justice Commission, Albany Property Rights Advocates and Diverse Housing Working Group was formed and tasked to meet once to review and provide input on the first draft of a rent review program ordinance. If needed, a second meeting of the Task Force has been tentatively scheduled on Tuesday, March 20 at 5:00 pm
