Opening Celebration 720 Pierce Street Thursday, March 1st 5:30 pm

Help us celebrate the opening of the Albany’s newest park! Peggy Thomsen Pierce Street Park features two playgrounds, a walking path and some of the best views of the Bay.

Join us in celebrating the opening of a long-awaited neighborhood park with a slice of cake and a toast to all who have worked so hard to help create this park for the Albany community. A plaque in memory of former Mayor Peggy Thomsen and her daughter Diana will be unveiled at the ceremony.
