6-1. Selection of Chair and Vice-Chair
The Committee shall select one member to serve as Chair and one member to serve as Vice Chair for 2018.
6-2. Report back from the City Council Meeting presentation on Ranked Choice Voting At-Large
Receive information regarding Council’s discussion and direction (Jordan)
6-3. Cost Estimate for Analysis to Determine if Voting in Albany is Polarized in a Manner Prohibited by California Voting Rights Act
Discuss possible methods to obtain cost estimates as per Council’s direction
6-4. Changes to Allowed Age Limit for Voting
Receive information regarding a possible change to the age limit for voting, determine whether a subcommittee should be developed to conduct additional research on this item (Radics-Johnson)
6-5. Enhanced Election Result Data
Discuss desired election result data including cast selection record reporting to determine drop off rate for all local elections; determine whether a subcommittee should be developed to work on this matter further, and/or next steps (Jordan)
6-6. Determine Next Meeting Date
Regularly scheduled meeting date would have fallen on May 28, 2018, which is Memorial Holiday

8. ADJOURNMENT
The Charter Review Committee meets every other month on an as-needed basis.
Next meeting: TBD due to Memorial Holiday
