Staff Recommendation: Recommend development of a voluntary Home Energy Score Program and work with the community and consultants to develop energy policy priorities as part of the Climate Mitigation & Adaptation planning process.

Agenda related writings or documents provided to a majority of the Sustainability Committee regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection in the Community Development Department, 1000 San Pablo Avenue, Albany CA.
