For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Commission/Committee/Board ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

3. PUBLIC HEARING

a. 830 Key Route. Planning Application 09-001. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow construction of a new 45 sq. ft. deck, located at the rear of an existing single-family home.
Staff Recommendation: approve.

b. 911 Ramona. Planning Application 09-005. Design Review. Request for Design Review
approval to allow replacement of an existing deck and balcony, one on the ground floor and one on the second-story, of a single-family home. The new decks are proposed in the same locations, with as light increase in size.
Staff Recommendation: approve.

c. 1121 Evelyn. Planning Application 09-007. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval for conversion of existing crawl space into habitable space.
Staff Recommendation: approve.

d. 947 Kains. Planning Application 09-009. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow construction of a new accessory structure located at the rear southeast corner of an existing single-family home.
Staff Recommendation: approve.
