1. 1048 Ventura. Planning Application 08-067. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow construction of a 49sq.ft. addition to an existing accessory structure.
Staff Recommendation: approve.

2. 1534 Solano. Planning Application 08-077. Design Review. Request for Design Review approval to allow an existing roof, on a commercial building, to be replaced with new roofing material.
Staff Recommendation: approve.
