5. PUBLIC COMMENT

a. Waterfront Planning Process. Reminder from Fern Tiger Associates to encourage Commissioners/Committee Members to promote participation in the Voices to Vision neighborhood gatherings, mid-May through the end of June.

d. Recommendation to the City Council on Proposed to Initiate Amendments to the Planning and Zoning Code to Correct and Clarify Development Regulations.
Staff recommendation: continue to May 26, 2009 meeting.
