5.             PUBLIC HEARING/PRESENTATIONS:

5-1:     Albany Tool Pool: Brennen Brown will make a presentation to the Commission about the Albany Tool Pool Program.

6.             DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

6-1:     Street Tree Removal Policy Sub-Committee Report: Sub-Committee will present initial recommendations to the policy, benefits of trees, best practices from other cities and strategies for resolving sidewalk conflicts.

                Recommended Action: That the Commission make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the impact sidewalk repairs project will have on City Street Trees.

6-5:    Friends of Albany Parks Update: Report to the Commission on the Friends of Albany Parks events and request Commissioners to volunteer to attend upcoming events.
