b. 524 Talbot. Planning Application 09-052. Design Review. Conditional Use Permit. Continuation of public hearing for a request for approval to allow a 502 sq. ft. two-story addition to the home, which would include a new second unit. A Conditional Use Permit is required to allow the vertical extension of a non-confirming exterior wall on the north side of the residence. A secondary residential unit also is proposed as part of the project.
