Recommended Action: That the Commission approve the street tree removal application.

6.   DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

 

6-1:     Accepted Street Tree Planting List Subcommittee will present revisions/recommendations to the Commission


Recommended Action: That the Commission discuss recommendations and approve the Accepted Street Tree Panting List. (If approved by Commission, item will move to Council for review)

6-2:     Discuss City Street Tree Removal Policy Subcommittee Report

Recommended Action: That the Commission review and discuss the Subcommittee’s report and provide feedback.

6-3:    Discuss Potential Measure R Funded Projects for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
The Commission to consider potential Measure R Recreation Playfield projects.

Recommended Action: That the Commission review potential projects and provide feedback and direction to Staff.

6-4:     Work Plan Status Update

            Recommended Action: That the Commission review progress/status of Work Plan and discuss prioritization of tasks.

Commissioners announce requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items.
