3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of February 2016 in the amount of $111,535.82. (Pension Payment letter will be distributed at the meeting.)

6. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
6-1. Chairperson Denton regarding requesting City Council to refer possible Charter amendments related to Section IX PENSIONS of the City Charter to the Charter Review Committee. (Proposed Staff Report will be distributed at the meeting.)
