This meeting includes discussion of Building Energy Assessment & Disclosure Ordinance, CAP funding, Federal Carbon Fee & Dividend Policy, Arts & Green Festival, and City Public Works facility sustainable features.

    C. Resolution endorsing a Federal Carbon Fee and Dividend Policy 
    Recommendation: That Council pass the attached resolution.
