3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of January 2016 in the amount of $111,201.48. (See attached spreadsheets for calculation of Fire disability members.)

3-2 Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting of December 15, 2015.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT
