The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.

5. PUBLIC HEARING/PRESENTATIONS

5-1: Ohlone Greenway Design: Restoration Design Group will give a presentation about the Ohlone Greenway Project including budget ($300,000), existing conditions, section by section analysis and illustrations of possible features and treatments. The Commission and community members will work together to provide input/comments and vote on preferences for various features along the Greenway.

6. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commissioners announce of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on an-nouncement of future agenda items).
