4. DISCUSSIONS & POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEM:

A. Appeal of Notice and Order to Repair or Demolish Structure AT 721 Talbot Avenue

The Board of Appeals will consider an appeal filed by Tala Montoya of the Building Official's determination that the conditions of the structures existing at 721 Talbot Ave constitute Substandard and Dangerous buildings pursuant to the Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings (UCADB) section 302 and Health and Safety Code sections 17920.3 and 17980 and shall be vacated immediately and repaired or demolished by the date determined by the Building Official.

Recommendation: Approve findings upholding building official’s determination.
