3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to future agenda.

6-1 Private Mural at 948 Key Route – Ximena Soza and Cristian Munoz will present a potential mural on a home owner’s garage.

7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

7-1 Public Art Master Plan Revisions: The Public Art Master Plan sub-committee will give an update on potential revisions to the Public Arts Master Plan

Staff Recommendation: Receive Information

7-2 Arts and Green Festival: The sub-committee will provide and update on the 2016 Arts and Green Festival.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information and discuss involvement in the 2016 Arts and Green Festival.


7-3 Albany Film Fest: Chair Goodman will provide an update from the sub-committee.

Staff recommendation: Receive information and discuss the involvement in the Film Festival and partnering events


8. NEW BUSINESS

8-1 Community Center Foyer Gallery Submissions: The committee will review artist submissions and select up to four (4) artists for exhibits in 2016 at the Community Center Foyer Gallery.

Staff Recommendation: Review all submissions and make a motion to recommend up to four(4) artists for exhibits in 2016 at the Community Center Foyer Gallery.


9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items). Next Meeting: October 12, 2015.
