3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to future agenda.

7-1 Public Art Projects Plan (PAPP): The committee will engage in a preliminary discussion about possible projects to include in the PAPP pending Council approval.
Staff Recommendation: That the committee engages in a preliminary discussion of future projects to be included in the PAPP.
7-2 Economic Development Committee: Chair Goodman would like to propose making a presentation at a future meeting of the new Economic Development Committee.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information. Discuss the possibility and content of a presentation.
7-3 Arts and Green Festival 2016: The subcommittee will provide an update.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information
7-4 Albany Film Fest: Chair Goodman and Member Ellis-Dickson will provide an update.
Staff recommendation: Receive information.
7-5 Community Center Foyer Art Gallery: Member Black will provide an update on the Community Center Foyer Art Gallery.
Staff Recommendation: Receive information.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Election of Officers: The Commission will nominate and elect Chair and Vice-Chair.
Staff recommendation: Elect Chair and Vice-Chair for 2016.
9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items). Next Meeting: February 8, 2016.
