2. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES: April Meeting 2016

3. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to future agenda.

7-1 Community Center Foyer Gallery: Member Black will provide an update on the Community Center Foyer Gallery

Staff Recommendation: Receive information.

7-2 Arts and Green Festival 2016: The subcommittee will provide an overview of the 2016 Arts and Green Festival.

Staff Recommendation: Receive information

7-3 Public Art Projects Plan (PAPP): The committee will discuss the PAPP schedule through 2018.

Staff Recommendation: Review and provide feedback to staff.

7-4 Community Projects RFP: The Committee will review a draft RFP provided by Member Daly.

Staff Recommendation: Review and provide feedback to staff.

7-5 Sculpture Loan Program: The committee will review information provided.

Staff Recommendation: Review and provide feedback to staff.

7-6 Fall into Haiku: The Committee will review information provided.

Staff Recommendation: Review and provide feedback to staff.



8. NEW BUSINESS

8-1 Election of Officers: The Committee will nominate and elect a Vice-Chair.

Staff Recommendation: Elect a Vice-Chair for the remainder of 2016.


9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
(Commission/Committee/Board Member announcement of requests for future agenda items. No public comment will be taken on announcement of future agenda items). Next Meeting: June 13, 2016.
