For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. 7-1: Ohlone Greenway Public Art: The Committee will continue its review of the art submissions forwarded by the Ohlone Greenway Public Art selection panel.
Recommended Action: Move forward with the selection process for Public Art on the Ohlone Greenway by selecting artist(s) to develop models of their proposed submissions.
7-3: Fall into Haiku: Chair Goodman will provide an update on the Fall into Haiku program.

7-4: Albany FilmFest: Chair Goodman will provide an update on the 2017 Albany FilmFest.

7-5: Public Arts Projects Plan (PAPP): The Committee will review the 2016 – 2018 PAPP.

8. NEW BUSINESS
8-1 Review of Committee Work Plan: The Committee will review current work plan accomplishments.
Recommended Action: Review current work plan accomplishments and begin preliminary discussion for the 2017-18 Work Plan to be presented to Council in March 2017.

8-2: Election of Vice Chair: The Committee will nominate and elect a Chair and Vice Chair.
Recommended Action: The Committee elect a Chair and Vice Chair for 2017.
