By approval of the Consent Calendar, the staff recommendations will be adopted unless otherwise modified by the Commission/Committee. 3-1 Approval of pension payments for the month of February 2015 in the amount of $ (Amount to be announced at meeting. Will include spreadsheets of new calculations for disability Fire retirees.)

3-2 Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting of January 27, 2015.
Staff recommendation: Approve
3-3 Approval of invoice from Atlantic Trust in the amount of $10,976.91 for investment services for the quarter ending March 31, 2015.
Staff recommendation: Approve
4. PUBLIC COMMENT
For persons desiring to address the Commission/Committee/Board on an item that is not on the agenda please note that each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes. The Brown Act limits the Committee’s ability to take and/or discuss items that are not on the agenda; therefore, such items are normally referred to staff for comment or to a future agenda.
5. DISCUSSIONS AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
5-1 Chairperson Denton regarding possible changes to Section IX of City Charter related to requirements for when meetings need to be held.
5-2 Chairperson Denton regarding need for new actuarial analysis of Pension Fund for the year ended June 30, 2015.

7-1. The next regularly scheduled Pension Board meeting will be held on Tuesday March 31, 2015.
