Recommendation: Designate representatives to attend School Board meeting on April 28th.

B. Arts & Green Festival Subcommittee Update
Recommendation: Information only. No action required.

C. Discussion of Sustainability Committee Booth at the Arts & Green Festival
Recommendation: Provide direction to Booth Subcommittee.

D. Report on Sustainable Building Features of new Public Works Building at 540 Cleveland Avenue
Recommendation: Provide feedback and direction to staff.

F. Discuss Possibility of Residential Energy Conservation Ordinance (RECO)

Recommendation: The Committee should establish policy alternatives to be further analyzed.

G. Update from CAP Target Subcommittee and Possible Recommendation to Council to Adopt New CAP Target for 2030-2035
Recommendation: Prepare draft greenhouse gas reduction goal and policy statements for incorporation into the 2035 General Plan update.
